Philip Ernest Harkness went away 20th December 2005 age 19 years.
He lost his life in a road traffic accident in Newtownards.
Philip (Phil as we all called him) was an auto spark, and lived in Comber.
He has a brother Norman, a sister Diane and a beautiful daughter Emily
and his partner Mechelle who he loved very much, they were soulmates.
Phil was a young lad full of fun,always willing to help.He had a talent when working with car electrics and had a great interest in all types of cars. The best thing in his life was his daughter Emily who was only five weeks when he went away. Emily has grown into a beautiful little girl.
The whole family miss him so much,including Mechelles family
His dad has started a support group in his memory, www.grievingfamiliesunited.co.uk to help and support other families that have lost children and other family members in road accidents, that way he can always talk about him and help others as well.

I was talking to your Mummy about you yesterday and she asked me to say "Hello". Philip you are so loved and missed but I know you are so close to your family because I do not believe death separates us from those we love.
